Team Management

The Team Management feature offers the ability to have Organisations, Business Units, and Teams, all displayed and managed via a simple diagram of the organisation.  It provides enhanced access for Team Leaders and managers to view key reports via the structure diagram, and to assign courses to T&C Plans of individuals or teams, as well as the ability for supervisors to allocate users to teams.

Large organisations can be challenging to manage in terms of T&C, which is why we’ve developed the Team Management tool to make it as simple as possible for supervisors to allocate management roles (Team and Business Unit leaders) to staff, and allow managers to assign courses to entire teams in a single operation.  We want the focus of your time on the platform to be about learning, not about the platform.
